RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Merchandise items that have not been worn, washed or otherwise used and in perfect condition may be returned for any reason within fifteen (15) days of the date of preceipt for exchange, credit or refund. If you would like to exchange any merchandise because such merchandise was damaged when you received it, we will only pay first class U.S. mail postage in connection therewith and we must be notified within forty eight (48) hours of you receiving the merchandise. However, we will not be liable for shipping charges if you request an exchange for merchandise returned for any other reason, and you agree to pay for such charges, together with a $5.00 handling charge for all such exchanges. We suggest you insure your return package or get a delivery confirmation receipt, as we will not assume responsibility if your return package gets lost during shipping back to us. For purchases made by credit card, once we receive your return, your credit card account will be credited for any payments you may have made toward your purchase, unless you request an exchange. We will not accept returns or exchanges for any merchandise that you purchase from the Clearance/Closeout or Sale Items section or in connection with any sales. All such purchases shall be non-refundable.
SHIPPING
All in stock items will ship out within one week via Priority U.S. Mail. Item that are out of stock will ship out within two weeks.
